What sort of information are you after?

• Past staff
• General information about the museum, trust or other related entities

Information on past patients

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any information on past patients as these are private medical records held by the Capital and Coast District Health Board.

Family members can however request these records by contacting Capital and Coast District Health Board. Please ensure you include the following information:

• full name of patient
• date of birth of patient
• hospital where the person was a patient
• your relationship to the person whose information is being sought
• some form of identification supporting your relationship above
